Self-Service Options

GWeb Information System (GWeb) provides 24/7 secured access for staff, faculty, and students to perform self-service options instead of using a form.  The Direct Deposit form has moved to Self-Service.  Please visit the Employee Self-Service section of our website for a list of self-service options and instructions, including the Direct Deposit Set Up Instructions.

Payroll Form Upload

We understand the need to protect restricted and regulated data, and GW Box is a University approved tool allowing the secure upload of forms and supporting documents.  Visit the Data Protection Guide site for more information. 

To submit your signed and dated document, click the button below where you will be prompted to login to Box using your GW credentials.  Fill in the fields of the form.

Tax Withholding Forms

You must complete tax withholding forms at the time of your hire and when your personal or financial situation changes.  Please remember if your state of residence changes, you must update your state withholding information.  Federal taxes can be set up in GWeb using the Federal Withholding Update Instructions if your I-9 is complete.  DC, VA, and MD can be set up and changed in GWeb as well.  Visit our Self-Service page for instructions in the Federal and State Tax section.  We only accept tax forms from a GW email address sent to [email protected] or by using the Submit Documents here link above.
