Online Learning & Training Requests
In Human Resource Management and Development, we aim to create an environment in which all GW employees can achieve their career goals. We provide tools, training and guidance to make that happen.

Online Learning
Online learning is an effective way for employees to grow their skills and explore new development opportunities. We’re excited to share that GW employees have access to the LinkedIn Learning catalog through Talent@GW.
In addition, many of the university’s custom required or recommended trainings are hosted in Talent@GW, making it an easy hub for training. Both university training and the LinkedIn Learning catalog are searchable in Talent@GW. You'll also receive email notifications linking you to any assigned trainings.
Whether you’re interested in leadership growth, technical skills, or professional development, there are thousands of courses in Talent@GW to support you.
