HR Leadership is led by the Vice President and Chief People Officer, Dana Bradley. HR Leadership develops and implements the human resources priorities for George Washington University's workforce while acting as a strategic partner for the university. 

Dana Bradley, Vice President and Chief People Officer

As Vice President and Chief People Officer, Ms. Bradley oversees the Human Resource Management and Development function at George Washington University, overseeing HR operations and strategy, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, payroll, and talent and organizational development. She is  responsible for developing a long-term, data-driven strategic workforce plan that attracts, develops, retains, engages and supports faculty and staff to advance the university’s mission.

Ms. Bradley has an M.B.A. in organization development and marketing from Case Western Reserve University. She also has a B.S. in mass communication and an M.A. in speech communication, both from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Prior to joining GW, she served as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Northwestern, and has held human resources leadership roles at Rush University Medical Center and the University of Chicago, among other organizations.

Diane Conners, Director, Talent Acquisition

Ms. Conners oversees the Talent Acquisition team and guides all recruitment and hiring efforts for the university staff population, including the Colonial Temps (temporary staff). In this role, Ms. Conners works with leaders across the university, to hire and locate the candidates who align with the university's goals. She has both a M.Sc. and B.A. degree, both from Saint John Fisher College.

Vickie Fair, Assistant Vice President, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Access

Ms. Fair is responsible for the Office of Equal Employement Opportunity and Access function. Within this role, she is the lead administrator providing daily strategic guidance to HR professionals and senior leadership on employment and labor relations matters including diversity and inclusion, EEO, disability accommodations, sexual harassment, and performance management. She holds a B.A. from Knox College, and graduated with her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. She also has an Executive Certificate from Georgetown University in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Jennifer Lopez, Associate Vice President, Total Rewards

As Associate Vice President of Total Rewards, Jennifer Lopez oversees the payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR Information Systems functions. Ms. Lopez guides workforce administration on a large scale, and is responsible for several key university initiatives, such as Open Enrollment and merit adjustments. Ms. Lopez is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. with Penn State University. She has worked at George Washington University for over 18 years. Prior to joining GW, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Sabrina Minor, Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partners

Ms. Minor oversees the HR Business Partner division within Human Resource Management and Development as well as the Faculty and Staff Service Center. As Asssistant Vice President of the HR Business Partner unit, she guides a team of HRBPs that work throughout the university, supporting and interacting directly with staff as their primary point of contact. She holds a B.S. degree in Human Resources, and has certificates in conflict resolution, and workforce planning and management.

Albert Mojica, Director, HRIS Business Operations

As HRIS Business Operations director, Albert Mojica is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of enterprise HR systems, including implementing, maintaining, and leveraging HR system solutions critical to HRMD business priorities. The HRIS Business Operations Director consults and advises HRIS Operations, HR Business Partners, HR Subject Matter Experts, and other system users. This position also serves as a strategic and collaborative partner with Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Finance, Academic Affairs and vendors on various business initiatives and change management.

Marlon Sukal, Assistant Vice President, Talent and Organizational Development

Dr. Marlon Sukal oversees the Talent and Organizational development function. In this role, Dr. Sukal manages several key strategic initiatives that support the university’s organizational development goals and oversees employee orientation, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, learning and development and employee engagement. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from National University, San Diego. Most recently, he worked for the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is also an experienced executive coach with certifications in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership development and team assessment.

Kellie Walls, Executive Assistant, Office of the Vice President and Chief People Officer

As Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Chief People Officer (VP/CPO), Ms. Walls offers a wide range of executive support for the VP/CPO and other leaders within the organization. While managing the appointments and scheduling for the leadership team, she also acts as the project manager and primary point of contact for administrative matters pertaining to the Office of the VP/CPO. She is responsible for coordinating daily operational functions, streamlining management systems, monitoring budgets, and improving business efficiency. Ms. Walls has over 20 years of experience as an administrative professional in both the private and public sectors.
