COVID-19 Guidance For our staff, please refer to the Guidance for Staff Regarding COVID-19 Protocols. This provides details on how to request time off or leave, how your HR Business Partner can support you, and what information you may be exempt from disclosing to your supervisor. Faculty and staff supervisors should refer to the Guidance for Supervisors Regarding COVID-19 Protocols for information regarding how to communicate with your team with care during this time, and how to assist an employee that may need to quarantine or self-isolate. In the event that quarantining or isolation is required, telework should always be used as a first option, prior to using any available time off or leave. We have created a guide to your Time Off and Leave Options During Isolation or Quarantine to walk you through what you may be eligible for. There have also been updates made to our ADA reasonable accommodation process - please refer to ADA Reasonable Accommodation Leave and Frequently Asked Questions. |
