About Compensation

Overview of the Staff Compensation Function

The Compensation team provides strategy, guidance, oversight, and administration for both base and variable pay for staff regular and temporary positions, including research.

We are here to communicate openly about how the design of the compensation program supports GW's mission.  The compensation program is designed to be fair and straightforward, so that employees and managers understand how it's created and applied.  In partnership with managers and HRMD colleagues, we work diligently to administer compensation in a manner that is consistent and free of discrimination.
