The Wellbeing Hotline - Resources For Living is an employer sponsored program, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a one stop shop for help with personal issues, planning for life events, or simply managing daily life.

CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELING - SOMEONE TO TALK TO
Up to 5 counseling sessions per issue per year with licensed network professionals at no cost to you; you don’t have to worry about copays or deductibles. Counseling sessions are available face to face, by phone or televideo. This no-cost counseling service helps you address stress, relationship and other personal issues you and your family may face. It is staffed by highly trained master’s and doctoral level clinicians who will listen to your concerns and quickly refer you to in-person counseling and other resources for:
- Stress, anxiety and depression
- Relationship/marital conflicts
- Problems with children
- Job pressures
- Grief and loss
- Substance abuse
