Why use HR Intake?
HR Intake helps eliminate confusion by giving managers one place to start, track, and understand the status of their request. The form captures the information HR needs up front so requests can be reviewed, routed, and completed more efficiently.
How the process works
Request
Tell us what you need and provide the required information.
Review
HR reviews your request and routes it to the appropriate team.
Approve
If approval is required, the request is assigned to the appropriate approver or workflow.
Complete
HR takes action and keeps you informed as the request moves forward.
Before you submit
Please include as much detail as possible, including the employee name, GWID, position number, department, effective date, and any relevant documentation. Providing complete information helps reduce follow-up and speeds up processing.
