Construction and Development Management

Employees in this subfamily are responsible for implementing, organizing and directing construction and development activities pertaining to existing and proposed buildings and space of the university. Duties may include developing project plans for new developments and managing design, construction, schedule and project budgets. Employees are also responsible for managing contractors and/or service providers and adopting appropriate project controls.
