Academic Department Administration
Employees in this subfamily provide planning, implementation and coordination assistance for academic department activities and programs. Responsibilities can include departmental and/or executive support, Chair and faculty support, academic program administration and management of student employees. Duties may also include office administration, meeting management, grants management, departmental data maintenance and document processing, creation and management. Employees are responsible for maintaining an organized administrative infrastructure and perform multiple administrative duties across several job families.
