TRS Proxy Access

The following instructions will give TRS Proxy Access to the TRS System Administrator to access your system, review your setup, and analyze any issues you may be experiencing.

  • Log into TRS
  • Select the Menu Icon
  • Select the pencil icon next to Edit Profile

Employee profile 
  • Select Customer Support Access
  • Select My System Administrator
  • Select Allow for one day or three days

  • Once selected you can select the Home Icon (house) and return to working as normal.
