Performing Arts

Employees in this subfamily are responsible for the performing arts and theatrical productions. Typical activities include determining production requirements, theater management, construction, installation and maintenance of elements in a variety of theatrical craft and arts areas (including direction, technical support, stage crews, lighting, sound, scenery, rigging, props, projection, multi-media, wardrobe, hair and make-up, and artist hospitality). Duties may include tracking expenditures, ticketing and overseeing daily facility usage.
