Accessing a Secondary TRS Role

Managers may have more than one managing role, and with each role different sets of tasks may need to be performed. 

To switch roles in the Time Reporting System:

  • Click the three-dash menu icon (hamburger menu) near your name
  • Select the dropdown, and choose the desired role from your list of assignments.
  • The system will update to show data, dashboards, and permissions associated with the new role, such as switching between a manager role and an timekeeper role.
