Please SUSPEND payroll deductions over the summer months and reactive them in my September paystub. SmartBenefits will be loaded on 10/1/25 to my SmarTrip card (no re-enrollment required).

I will be receiving a GW paycheck during the summer months. Please CONTINUE my deductions.

Please INACTIVATE my SmartBenefits deductions indefinitely, without automatic reactivation. I will re-enroll when I wish to begin deductions again by logging into my WMATA account/Manage SmartBenefits before the 10th of the month prior deadline.
