Manager Essentials - Cohort B

This four-part workshop series, focused on fundamental management skills, will be conducted in virtual cohort format and will focus on management best practices and techniques. Developed at GW with feedback from pilot groups of our managers and using leading resources from the field of management development, this course aims to improve your management success, with topics including:

• Building trust in your teams
• Providing feedback for employee engagement
• Developing your strengths as a manager
• Management fundamentals for your professional growth

As part of a cohort, you will have the opportunity to broaden your network with other leaders across the university and work alongside your colleagues. Each cohort will only attend the dates that their sessions are scheduled. We will be offering this series on an ongoing basis, so more sessions will be offered in the future if these cohorts do not fit your schedule.
