Employee Relations
Employee Relations partners with staff and leadership to foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace. The team provides guidance and support on workplace concerns, performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and employee engagement. Our goal is to promote positive working relationships while ensuring fair and consistent practices across the university.
Labor Relations
Labor Relations works collaboratively with union representatives, employees, and leadership to support productive labor-management relationships across the university. The team provides guidance on collective bargaining agreements, contract interpretation, grievance management, and labor-related matters while promoting compliance, communication, and partnership.
Accommodations
The Accommodations team supports employees by coordinating reasonable workplace accommodations in accordance with applicable laws and university policy. We partner with employees, managers, and healthcare providers through an interactive process to help ensure employees have the support needed to perform the essential functions of their roles.
