Your Behavioral Health benefit, covered under both GW PPO and GW HSP Plans, includes counseling and substance abuse recovery services.  It can help you effectively deal with stressful and challenging situations.  Accessing your Behavioral Health benefit is easy and available 24 hours a day.  A specialist will help you identify the nature of your problem and the appropriate resource to address it.

How to Find a Behavioral Health Provider and Submit Out of Network Claims:

  • Find a provider by logging into www.myuhc.com, click on Find Care & Costs > Find Providers > Behavioral Care. 

  • For a more filtered search, go to www.liveandworkwell.com, login with the same credentials as you use for myuhc.com

  • If you visit an out of network provider, you can submit a claim online. Login to www.liveandworkwell.com > Manage Claims > Submit an out of network claim.

  • If you prefer to mail your out-of-network claim, visit this page for instructions.

  • Before filing an out-of-network claim, please review these important tips to help expedite the processing of your claim.
