GW Bookstore Discount
Present your GWorld card at the GW Bookstore to receive a 10 percent discount* on gifts, clothing and supplies. Valid in Store only.

GW Online High School
GW Online High School is now accepting applications for 2023 - 2024 school year. GW staff and extended family who enroll can receive a 20% discount. Please reach out to a GWUOHS enrollment consultant to have the 20% discount applied to your account. Car Rentals and Transportation Discounts
GW employees receive discounted pricing and insurance coverage at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, National Car Rental, and Hertz locations. Additional discount booking arrangements can be made for detailed air travel, rail travel and private car service information.
Global Travel Discounts
GW employees receive discounted pricing on booking both business and leisure global travel available through the Global Travel Services office and GW's travel agency, Travel Leaders at 855-771-9109.
Lodging
GW employees can enjoy discounts on various hotel chains worldwide when they book through iBuy + Travel. Discounts also apply to several participating hotels around Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon Campuses.
Mobile Device Plans
GW employees and students are eligible for mobile discounts of up to 18 percent (and 25 percent for mobile accessories) from AT&T and Verizon. If you already have a plan with one of these three providers, you are still eligible for the discount. Just contact your provider and mention that you are a GW employee – it’s that simple.
