Systems Administration

Employees in this subfamily are responsible for executing operational tasks and enhancement for operating systems, database management systems, utilities and related software, in order to implement and manage delivered or configurable services for a specific user community. Other key duties include ensuring the availability, integrity and reliability of assigned systems and the configuration and testing of hardware and software components.
