Compensation

Employees in this subfamily are responsible for developing and administering the university’s compensation policies and programs. Duties include conducting market research; preparing recommendations requiring a broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practice; and counseling client partners and managers regarding compensation actions for employees.
