Employees in this subfamily are responsible for the routine and general maintenance of all campus facilities. Duties include basic maintenance and repair, which may include light carpentry work, installation of drywall, light masonry, painting, locksmithing, appliance maintenance, light welding, pest control and sign fabrication.
