Managing Staff Flexibility Training

The goals of this training are for managers to:

•Be able to navigate to and find information on the employee handbook, manager toolkit, and GW policy website
•Locate information about staff work designations and the Remote/Hybrid agreement on the HRMD website
•Understand responsibilities in communicating clear expectations about work and days on campus based on their team’s operational needs
And finally,
•Be prepared to address performance issues or questions about staff work location
 

This training is open to managers.
