Regardless of your role at the university, you have the power to positively influence others without being in a leadership position. Through influence, you can motivate colleagues to support your initiatives and adopt your ideas. By learning a few key influencing skills, you can also become a go-to person that others look to for guidance and advice. This session is in-person.
