GWeb View/Save/Print Form W-2 Instructions

To begin, log in to GWeb.

Click the applicable option inside the red box.

Click Access Employee Dashboard.

Expand the Taxes section and Click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.

Select the Tax Year from the drop down.  Click Display.

Click IRS W-2 Instructions to print the IRS instructions to go with your W-2.  Click Printable W-2 to create the official IRS approved Form W-2.

Use your browser’s Print command to Print copies or Save as a PDF.
