Enterprise Systems - Development

Employees in this subfamily are responsible for developing, troubleshooting, designing modifications and upgrading enterprise systems software. Typical duties include coding, testing, documenting and implementing solutions to enterprise systems software, which includes developing patches and upgrades. Employees assist with troubleshooting of known issues, and assist in the daily support of the university enterprise systems applications. Participates in user review, verification and testing sessions, as needed.
