New Employee Orientation
GW’s New Employee Orientation for new staff members is an introduction to the university community and the many resources available to its employees. The session addresses key questions as you begin your role and includes insight into what it means to "Raise High" at GW.
New staff members are typically scheduled for orientation on the first Monday of their employment. Please review your offer letter to find the date for which you are scheduled. New Employee Orientation is held virtually over Zoom and you will receive the link during the week prior to your start date.
On the first Monday of their employment, new employees can learn about the scope of their benefits as well as payroll procedures at the university by attending a live benefits and payroll webinar.
