Employees in this subfamily are responsible for executing and coordinating university events and functions for a wide variety of causes. Duties include managing logistics, including scheduling speakers and presenters, tracking registrations, and coordinating with venues and technicians.  Employees may calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to, publicize events and manage inventory.
