What does the GW Value of "Community" mean to you?
When I arrived, I was most impressed with the warm welcome from the extended GW community -- staff, faculty, students, and even parents and visitors to the campus.  Today, I am even more connected. We depend on teams from across the university to get our work done because the safety of our community is everyone's responsibility.

How do you promote this Value?
I encourage my employees to engage in community building opportunities across campus.  There are so many events taking place every day that give us opportunities to connect with others.
