New! "Your Well-Being in 2021" Webinars

Join the Wellbeing Hotline and Benefits for a well-being webinar in February and March.  Each lunch-n-learn session will incorporate helpful insights and strategies on topics such as health, relationships, grief, and family care as we continue to experience the limitations and effects of the pandemic. The webinars are flexible; we invite you to join sessions for the length of time your schedule allows.

  • The Occupational Health website provides support for the ongoing health and safety of employees during the campus re-opening in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Join Campus Recreation for free zoom classes to burn off some steam and refuel with your mind and body.
  • Join a webinar from the Wellbeing Hotline. 
  • Enjoy Headspace for free. The app includes guided meditations, breathing and physical excercises, as well as programs to teach kids how to focus.
  • The Wellbeing Hotline is available 24/7 for emotional, financial and daily life support.
