Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD)

For general information regarding benefits, compensation, parking, payroll, tax forms, and other human resource matters, please contact the Faculty & Staff Service Center (FSSC). They will be able to provide you with information and solutions or direct you to the appropriate division.

The HR representatives serve as primary contacts on HRMD matters for each division/school. These HRMD generalists can assist you with a variety of topics, including organizational/employee development, succession planning, compensation, staffing, benefits, payroll, alternative work arrangements, employee relations and recruitment. Please see our staff directory for contact information or ask your division head.

Obtaining Information Regarding a Current or Former Employee

Unless legally compelled, HRMD will only confirm dates of service and the last position title held without receiving a written release from an employee. No confidential information such as salary, performance, eligibility for rehire, etc. may be released. With a written release, HRMD will release information as designated in the release document. For information regarding current or former employees, contact HR Information Systems (HRIS). Positive identification and current release documents (dated within one year) will be required.
