Mike Dilbeck, CSP – Courageous Leadership

Mike Dilbeck is leading a revolution for courageous leadership and working with people who want to stand up, step in, and speak out for what’s right.
He is on a mission to change the way individuals, organizations, companies, and communities react when another human being, or group of people, are being adversely impacted by inappropriate, abusive, or unhealthy behavior.  Mike believes in our ability to respond to bullying, hazing, corruption, fraud, drug/alcohol abuse, sexual harassment and violence, discrimination, or any everyday life issue by going beyond our shame and fear to demonstrate courage in momentary choices. When someone does show courage and intervene in a situation, Mike distinguishes this as courageous leadership.
To get the full benefit/understanding of this session, it is HIGHLY encouraged that you attend Mike's presentation to the GW community on Oct. 28th at 7:30pm in The Smith Center.
