Foggy Bottom Free Group Exercise Classes for Faculty & Staff

The Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences is happy to announce the schedule of Free GW Faculty and Staff Group Exercise Classes for the Spring 2017 Semester.  Classes will run Monday, January 23 – Friday, May 19, 2017. 
 
Yoga:
When: Mondays and Fridays,12pm-12:50pm 
Where: GWSPH B119 Studio – Please bring your own mat.  

HIT (Hi Intensity Training):
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-12:30,
Where: GWSPH 112A – Prepare to give it your all for 30 minutes.

Zumba:
When: Wednesdays, 6pm-6:50pm
Where: GWSPH Gym 112B – For a happy, healthy heart dance like no one’s watching!
 
To be eligible for these classes the designation on your GWorld card should list Faculty or Staff.  Please arrive to class on time to avoid disruption.
