Foggy Bottom Free Group Exercise Classes for Faculty & Staff

The Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences is happy to announce the schedule of Free GW Faculty and Staff Group Exercise Classes for the Summer 2017 Semester. 
 
Classes will run Monday, June 5 – Thursday, August 17, 2017
 

Yoga: Mondays and Thursdays,12pm-12:50pm, GWSPH B119 Studio – Please bring your own mat. Please arrive on time. 

HIT (Hi Intensity Training): Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-12:30, GWSPH B112A – Prepare to give it your all for 30 minutes.

Zumba: Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm, GWSPH Gym B112A – For a happy, healthy heart dance like no one’s watching!

To be eligible for these classes the designation on your GWorld card should list Faculty or Staff.  Please arrive to class on time to avoid disruption.
